This policy explains what Gadlus Engineering Corp. ("Letronna", "we") collects when you use letronna.ai, the Letronna app and command-line tool, and our hosted models, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and the sign-in method you choose (such as GitHub or Google). Sign-in is handled by our provider Clerk.
- Devices: for each computer you sign in on, a label and the approximate country and city it was last used from, so you can recognise and sign out devices.
- Usage: for hosted models, the model used, how much each request used (tokens, or the number of images, characters of speech, or seconds of audio or video) and its cost, so we can charge credit and show your usage.
- Billing: your plan, credit balance and the IDs Paddle gives your customer record and subscription. Your card details go to Paddle, not to us.
- Wallets: if you create a LETRO wallet, its address. The keys are held by our wallet provider Privy, not by us.
What we do not collect
We do not store the prompts you send to hosted models or the answers that come back beyond what is needed to deliver them, and we do not use them to train models. Chats you have in the app and the command-line tool are stored on your own computer.
Why we use it
To run your account, deliver hosted models, charge and show your credit, prevent abuse, keep the Service secure, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the Service for us, each for its part: Clerk (sign-in), Paddle (payments, as the merchant of record), Privy (wallets), our hosting and network providers, and the AI model providers that process your requests. Requests to model providers identify you only by an internal account number, never your name or email. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account, device and usage records are kept while your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. When you close your account we delete or anonymise the rest.
Your choices and rights
You can see and change your account details in your dashboard, sign out devices, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, such as to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
