These terms cover your use of Letronna: the website at letronna.ai, the Letronna desktop app and command-line tool, and the hosted AI models and account services behind them (together, "the Service"). The Service is provided by Gadlus Engineering Corp. ("Letronna", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Payments are handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own terms apply to your purchase, and Paddle issues your invoices and collects any sales tax or VAT.
Your account
You need an account to use hosted models and cloud features. Keep your sign-in and any device tokens safe: you are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use the Service.
Plans and credit
- Free lets you use Letronna with your own model provider keys.
- Pro is a monthly subscription that includes hosted model credit each month. Team is billed monthly per seat.
- Credit can be bought in any amount from $1. It is spent as you use hosted models, at the prices shown in your dashboard, and does not expire while your account is open.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard; the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Credit and subscriptions are for use within Letronna. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as our Refund Policy allows.
LETRO
Letronna may let you use the LETRO token to buy credit or to stake for a daily allowance of AI usage. LETRO is a utility for using the Service; it is not an investment, and we make no promise about its price or value. Transactions on a blockchain cannot be reversed. Staking rewards are AI usage within Letronna only, never tokens or money. LETRO features are provided as described in your dashboard and may change or be withdrawn.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to harm others, to generate content that sexualises minors, to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's, to resell access to hosted models without our permission, or to get around usage limits or payment. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content
What you send to models and what they send back is yours. We process it to provide the Service and do not use it to train models. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
AI output
AI models can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially code that the tools run on your computer. You are responsible for what you do with the output.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. We may change features, models and prices; price changes for subscriptions take effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Parts of these terms that by their nature should last after that, such as liability, continue to apply.
