Using LetronnaThe terminalThe screen
Scrolling
Moving back through the conversation in the terminal with the wheel and the keys.
The conversation is kept by Letronna, not by your terminal, so the terminal's own scrollbar has nothing in it. Scroll with the wheel or the keys instead; the box stays at the foot of the window.
| Key | Does |
|---|---|
| the mouse wheel | three lines back or forward |
| Page Up and Page Down | ten lines back or forward |
| End | back to the bottom |
While you are scrolled back
- The footer says how far back you are:
scrolled back 40 lines · end to follow again. - A reply streaming in under you does not move the view: what you are reading stays put.
- Sending a message takes you back to the bottom.
End goes to the end of the line in the box when you are already at the bottom.
Resizing
Make the window wider or narrower at any time. The whole conversation is laid out again for the new width, the opening screen included, and every row is cut to fit rather than wrapped onto the next.
